These terms apply to D2C Circle by Expertbells. By applying for, accessing or taking part in the program, you agree to them, so please read them carefully.

D2C Circle is designed for early-stage D2C and quick-commerce founders, entrepreneurs and professionals. When you apply, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate, complete and true.

Every place in the program is subject to review and approval by Expertbells.

You agree to use the D2C Circle website, forms and program materials only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You may not misuse, copy or distribute them, or interfere with how the website or our services work.

Some parts of the program require payment. Fees are non-refundable once paid unless stated otherwise, as set out in our Refund Policy.

You are responsible for giving accurate billing details and paying on time. Expertbells may suspend or cancel your access if a payment isn't made.

All program content, including presentations, guides, resources and recordings, belongs to Expertbells or its mentors and partners.

You may use it for your own learning and for your business, but you may not copy, share or distribute it without our written consent.

During the program you may hear confidential business strategies, insights and discussions. You agree not to disclose, reproduce or share anything confidential from Expertbells, the mentors or other participants without their explicit permission.

The program uses third-party tools and platforms, such as payment gateways, video conferencing and messaging services. Expertbells is not responsible for their availability, performance or policies.

We work hard to provide high-quality mentorship and resources, but Expertbells does not guarantee any particular business outcome.

Expertbells is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your participation in the program.

Expertbells may suspend or remove any participant who breaks these terms, behaves disruptively or misuses program resources.

Expertbells may update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continuing to take part in the program means you accept the updated terms.
